Sun City's lots were largely graded and landscaped years ago, so the retaining wall work we see here is usually a repair or upgrade job: an aging timber or block wall that's started to lean or bow, a bed wall that needs rebuilding, or a homeowner adding a wall to redo a section of yard. We work within Sun City's HOA design guidelines on material and color.
